Same rules as before. You must pick the winner of the game and your confidence level for that game. Points are awarded for the game win and the confidence. So if you pick Iowa to win and you pick that game as 10 in confidence and Iowa wins you'd get 11 points.
You can only use a confidence number once. This means you can use confidence levels 1 through 32 only once. No duplicate confidence numbers.
